WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Do you have a communication background? Would you like to put that to work on the promotion of equality and non-discrimination, while also discovering the workings of a European Network made up of national equality bodies? Now is your chance!

We are looking for a new grad who:

  • is motivated, has energy and enthusiasm to share, is eager to learn
  • demonstratively values equality and non-discrimination
  • values their organisational skills with an eye for detail, and a sense of initiative
  • has a background relevant for communication in the field of equality
  • speaks and writes English proficiently
  • responds well to team dynamics and enjoys a small team environment (online to start with, hopefully in person soon!)

In addition,Ā you must meet all the conditions required by the Convention dā€™Immersion ProfessionnelleĀ under Belgian law to enjoy the traineeship programme:

  • Recent graduate in a field of studies related to the responsibilities at stake in the position
  • Less than 30 years old
  • Already living in Belgium or authorised to work in Belgium

WHAT WE OFFER?

6 months of supervised internship, fulltime 38h/week

The full package includes

  • paid internship: 1,200 eur/ month
  • reimbursement of commuting costs (if/when we return to the office)
  • 8 eur face-value meal vouchers per day worked
  • 13 days of holiday
  • paid sick leave
