The Ethics Advisor reports directly to the Executive Director and assists the Executive Director in ensuring that UN Women personnel members observe and perform their functions with the highest standards of integrity through fostering a culture of ethics, transparency, accountability and mutual respect.
The Ethics Advisor leads UN Women Ethics function and is independent of any other official, division, office or other organizational entity.
Duties and Responsibilities
|The Ethics Adviser is responsible for supporting the achievement of the objectives of UN Women by contributing to adherence to UN Women rules, values and standards through the provision of advice and guidance, training and outreach, and administration of the Financial Disclosure program and the policy on Protection from Retaliation.
